The variegation appears in unique patterns, ranging from soft streaks to bold patches, adding a touch of brightness and elegance to the plant. As it matures, the golden variegation intensifies, making each new leaf even more stunning. Native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, the Monstera Aurea thrives in humid, warm conditions, making it a perfect addition to an indoor collection.
Care Guide:
The Monstera Aurea is an easy-care rare plant that thrives in bright, indirect light. It prefers slightly moist, well-draining soil and should be allowed to dry out a little between waterings. Higher humidity will help this plant thrive, so placing it in a more humid environment or using a humidifier will promote healthy growth and vibrant variegation. For optimal results, we recommend using trace amounts of balanced fertilizer at every watering. With minimal care, the Aurea will reward you with its stunning golden variegation and striking tropical beauty.
Please note:
Smaller and newly rooted plants may appreciate extra humidity while settling into their new home, and we recommend waiting to repot during the adjustment period.
We carefully inspect every plant before shipment and provide photos of the exact plant you will receive so you can review its health and variegation. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help. Because every growing environment is unique, plant performance after delivery depends on the care and conditions provided in its new home.
